A Grove of trees in the Scottish Highlands
The Gentleman's Groom Room

The Gentleman's Groom Room specialise in shaving and grooming products for men. Our retail shop situated in Dundee offers an extensive range of luxury products from around the world, including razors, shaving brushes, shaving creams, shaving soaps, skin care, hair care, aftershave and colognes and we are an official stockist of Geo F Trumper, Taylor of Old Bond Street, Floris, Czech and Speake and GB Kent to name but a few. The Gentleman's Groom Room ethos is that shaving is an art, not an instinctive knowledge and the experience of shaving can be transformed into a truly pleasurable ritual. The perfect wet shave does not only enhance the appearance but embodies the spirit of man. This belief is not only reflected in the quality of shaving requisites sold in store, as we also provide traditional cut throat wet shaves with clients being able to choose from a menu of different shaves.

In 2010 we launched our own range of traditional shaving soaps Essence of Scotland which consisted of two fragrances Sweet Gale, and Scottish Heather. Due to the popularity of these shaving soaps, which are now sold throughout the world, we decided to launch a third soap in the Essence Of Scotland range, Mountain Yew Traditional Shaving Soap in 2011. We are extremely proud to be a Scottish Business with firmly Scottish roots and as such teamed up with Trees For Life for the launch of our Mountain Yew Traditional Shaving Soap with 50p from every purchase of our Mountain Yew Soap going directly towards the addition of more trees to our corporate grove. The Gentleman's Groom Room are proud to support Trees for Life in its environmental work for this country and to help restore a Caledonian Forest as a home for wildlife, as our Caledonian Forests, we believe, are truly, The Essence Of Scotland.
