A Grove of trees in the Scottish Highlands

Some said she was the great professor, others said she was the best doctor but for us she was the greatest mom. Our wee mum was small but her heart was the biggest of all. She gave life and meaning to everything she touched. Every flower bloomed under her care. She wanted to see this beautiful place that I call home now, I wanted to show her the amazing trees. I am sure she will take care, give all her love to the grove as she did for us, and grow beautiful trees here. Your daughters, your family love you so much. (In her own language: Herkes onu baska ozellikleriyle tanidi ama o bizim kendi minik, kalbi kocaman canimiz, annemiz, melegimiz. Dokundugu herseye hep hayat verdi, gectigi yollar hep cicek acti. Buraya gelip yeni evimi gormek cok istedi, ben ona buranin guzelliklerini, agaclari gostermek cok istedim. Bizi sevgiyle buyuttugu gibi, bu koruya da sevgisini verip dunyanin en güzel agaclarini buyutur o. Kizlarin, alien seni cok seviyor)

Your grove of trees

The trees in this grove will be carefully planted in protected sites in the Scottish Highlands where they will create homes for wildlife and forests for the future.

Twinflowers in bloom on pine woodland floor.
