This grove is dedicated to Elisabeth Burgoyne with love and thanks and pride, by her husband, Stephen Hobson.

This grove represents the love and hope that a loving marriage brings. At our wedding, I read an extract from "Captain Corelli's Mandolin", about the the growth of two trees, separate but intertwined at the root. Both trees are inter-dependent and are one organic entity. These trees will grow and multiply, and be beautiful. This is my gift to Elisabeth and also to the land.
