If you would like to support Trees for Life but are not able to donate or volunteer, don't worry - there are many other ways in which you can help:

Promote social media | Trees for Life

Promote us on social media

Probably the simplest way you can help to promote the work of Trees for Life is through social media. Please follow us and like and share on Facebook, TwitterGoogleplus and YouTube. If you've volunteered with us, please post about your experiences and share photos with your friends and followers.

Promote leaflets | Trees for Life

Distribute leaflets

Help us spread the word about our volunteer Conservation Weeks and plant-a-tree gifts by handing out leaflets. You could place some in your local university common room, youth hostel, doctor's surgery, shop or anywhere else you can think of!

Promote posters | Trees for Life

Put up posters

We want people all over the country to hear about our inspiring volunteer Conservation Weeks in the Scottish Highlands! Help us reach new audiences by putting up a poster - perhaps in a village hall, youth hostel, university noticeboard - or anywhere else in your local area.

Promote presentation | Trees for Life

Give a presentation

Giving a presentation about Trees for Life is a great way to make more people aware of the plight of Scotland's ancient Caledonian Forest and the work that we are doing to protect and restore it. If you are a member of a local society or university group, or would like to tell your colleagues about the work of Trees for Life, we have a ready made powerpoint presentation and script waiting for you.

Promote sponsor | Trees for Life

Take part in a sponsored event

Sponsored events are a great way to raise money for a cause you care about whilst having some fun. Why not sign up for an event near you and donate the money you raise to Trees for Life? Setting up a page on Just Giving is an easy way to ask for sponsorship.

Please email or call 01309 691292 to request leaflets, posters, a ready-made powerpoint presentation and script, or to discuss other ways in which you could help.

Thank you for your support!
