A grove of trees in the Scottish Highlands

I've been lucky enough to spend time in the Arctic and Antarctica, but my love for the great outdoors started in Scotland as a teenager. William Beardmore was a Scotsman, and one of Sir Ernest Shackleton's principal sponsors,
and Shackleton named one of Antarctica's largest glaciers after him.
