Your feedback is really important to us and we take any complaints very seriously. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our work or the services we provide, we invite you to get in touch so that we are given the opportunity to resolve the issue but also to learn and improve.
We will always try to respond as quickly as possible and at the very least within five working days. If you would like to get in touch with feedback or a complaint you can contact our customer service team by phone, email or post.
We have every confidence that we will be able to resolve any issues you might have, quickly and effectively. However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with the resolution offered, your case will be passed to a senior member of staff. If your complaint is about fundraising, you can contact the Scottish Fundraising Standards Panel, the regulatory body for fundraising in Scotland, of which Trees for Life is a member. Alternatively you can contact OSCR, the Scottish charity regulator.
