Both The Custodian and The Architect are two of the Twelve Characters from The Good Leadership Book. The Custodian is concerned with the ensuring s/he behaves ethically in the world around them - leaving a legacy of goodness, growth and nurture. The Architect is concerned with ensuring s/he makes a change in the world around them. Working in tandem with The Custodian, it is a positive change towards a compelling Purpose.
