This grove was created to celebrate Allyson’s wonderful life. For those who knew and loved Allyson it provides an opportunity to come together and remember all the joy, laughter and love she brought to our lives. Allyson cared deeply for the environment and had a genuine love of woodlands and forest walks. We know she would be proud to be associated with a project which aims to provide space for wildlife to flourish and communities to thrive. Allyson’s trees will grow here forever and are a tribute to how loved she was and will forever be in our hearts. Although we will miss her always, it is a comfort to know we can find her here in these woodlands. This grove was opened on Monday the 8th February 2021, the day and date of what would have been Allyson’s 45th birthday and is a gift from her partner Michael, her mum, Mary, and sister, Jennifer.
