This is a grove in which to celebrate the (continuing) life of Kathy Labrum McVittie, born 1953 in northwest England, and to commemorate the friends and mentors, ancestors and relatives, who have shared her love of this Mother Earth. Welcome to the well-spring of holy Brighid, patron of ewe and corn and cow, smith and muse and dream. Welcome to soul-connection and Earth-connection, and the wisdom of the trees that sustain the air we breathe, and support the beings with which we share this reality. Welcome to the inspiration to compassion and wisdom that is kindled in our hearts, and the voice that expresses itself in joy and play and keening.
