The Folly Restaurant Grove

27th November 2019 - Grove established
Add to this grove
The Folly has started planting this grove of trees to help our business and customers contribute to the restoration of the beautiful wild habitat of the Scottish Highlands. The project restores natural ecosystems creating a home for wildlife whilst also helping to mitigate our CO2 emissions. We will take regular opportunities to plant more trees in the grove including raising funds via special events and promotions and by paying to offset the emissions of our travel (4 trees per ton).  If you happen to be in Oxford we would love to welcome you to our restaurant, bookings can be made online at www.the-folly.co.uk or by calling 01865 201293.

31 trees
These trees were donated by our customers who chose to plant trees in the Highlands rather than have crackers with their Christmas party meals. In doing so they have chosen a long term environmental benefit over waste creation.
