We know trees, woodlands and green spaces are good for our health and wellbeing. Many of us feel this instinctively and intuitively, but there is now increasing scientific evidence to support this, from improving our quality of life to improving our physical and mental health and overall wellbeing. We are delighted to be planting 938 trees in response to completion of our recent Investors In People Wellbeing Survey (one tree for each completed survey) to further support the benefits and links between trees and wellbeing.
