This page is dedicated to the memory of Robert Andrew Wilson
(Born: 17th July 1965; Passed. 24th October 2006.)
A much beloved son, brother, nephew, cousin, father, good friend, and much more. The man with the diamond smile who brightened so many lives and so many days. And who has bequeathed to us countless fond memories. As a baby his big blue eyes captured so many hearts and he kept them there with him right to the end. As a man he earned and deserved the loyalty of his many friends. He is, and always will be, greatly missed.
We will think of these trees as they grow, in the knowledge that he would have enjoyed them, and that our enjoyment would make him smile.
"Don't Stop me Now..."
'Splendour in the Grass'
What though the radiance
which was once so bright
Be now for ever taken from my sight,
Though nothing can bring back the hour
Of splendour in the grass,
of glory in the flower,
We will grieve not, rather find
Strength in what remains behind;
In the primal sympathy
Which having been must ever be;
In the soothing thoughts that spring
Out of human suffering;
In the faith that looks through death,
In years that bring the philosophic mind.
