A grove for Phoebe Kondakor's celebration grove

A grove for Phoebe Kondakor grove

\"The wind is tossing the lilacs,

The new leaves laugh in the sun,

And the petals fall on the orchard wall,

Real spring has begun.

Beneath the apple blossoms

Phoebe skips her carefree way,

Her precious life enveloped in love

A true child of May.\"

Adapted from a poem by Sara Teasdale entitled 'May'
