A grove of trees in the Scottish Highlands

For Joshua, Jessica, Naomi, Henry, Aliya, John, Amara and Alice to remind them of their roots.

Add trees to this grove

A lasting gift with our thanks for the gift of our Grandchildren

Donated by Boyd and Blanche Aitken

10th December 2015

Since our family is scattered over Europe, USA and Asia and none of our grandchildren were born in Scotland we want them to have a link with their heritage. This is a way of giving them a tangible something in Scotland with the hope it will encourage them to visit often. It is also a special way of adding to the Caledonian Forrest.

Your grove of trees

The trees in this grove will be carefully planted in protected sites in the Scottish Highlands where they will create homes for wildlife and forests for the future.

Scots pine against a summer blue sky.
Twinflowers in bloom on pine woodland floor.
A Scotch argus butterfly on common ragwort.
