Neil's love of Scotland began as a child on family holidays with his mother, father and sister. He had many fond memories of walking the hills, fishing on the coast for mackerel and the peace and tranquility of Scotland. Later in his life he was drawn to the higher peaks for walking and snow climbing. He also developed a taste for whisky. Neil shared his love of Scotland with us all over the years. During our last family holiday, on the West coast of Scotland, we visited some of Neil's favourite places, including the Isle of Skye and Applecross. His appreciation of the highlands and ancient woodlands led us to begin this grove of trees in Neil's memory. The grove represents hope for the future for Neil's growing family.

Your grove of trees

The trees in this grove will be carefully planted in protected sites in the Scottish Highlands where they will create homes for wildlife and forests for the future.
