At Hyperion Executive Search we are passionate about the environment and the natural world. It isn’t by accident that we have for many years been active in the renewable energy and environmental sector. We are therefore delighted to support organisations that do fantastic work in the fight against climate change and its consequences. Our very own tree grove is one element of our commitment.

Planting our own grove of trees is something that we as a company, and a team are delighted to commit to. We believe that it is essential to live and breath the values, purpose and mission of the business. Each time we receive payment for any work conducted we will plant additional trees into our grove. As an international search firm, whilst much can be done by Skype and the internet, and element of air, rail and road travel is essential. Planing trees is one way that we can help to minimise our impact on the planet, aside from our core purpose of enabling and growing the clean energy sector globally. Our Purpose To find the best people, for the best companies, achieving the best results, for the best possible future of clean energy generation and efficiency. Our Mission To be the most widely respected, recognised and successful executive search firm in our chosen markets. A company that shares wealth and opportunity with staff, partners and our chosen charities. Our Values Many companies like to espouse values without seriously considering what those values mean, or what they have to do to live up to them each day. At Hyperion Executive Search we take our values very seriously, they are central to everything that we do. Passion Our drive is powered by our passion for the clean energy sector. We have worked within it for many years and have a genuine desire to see it fulfil its potential. Openess Our relationships are built on being honest, straight talking and open about how we operate. We’re here to build long term mutually beneficial relationships, not transact a one-off placement. Working Together We collaborate with our clients, our candidates, and our partners to ensure the best results are achieved and the benefits are shared. Expertise We stay at the cutting edge of technical understanding within the industry. We’re always expanding our knowledge to remain at the forefront of the sector. Responsibility We feel a genuine responsibility to enhance the working lives of our candidates, the operations of our client’s businesses, and the prospects of those with a stake in the wider sector. We look forward to growing the Hyperion tree grove in the coming months and years.
