Please note the last day for guaranteed Christmas delivery was Tuesday 17th December. All orders made after this time will be processed in the week commencing 6th January when our office reopens.

Unless the product is faulty, returns must be received within 28 days from receipt of your order. Unwanted items must be in their original condition.  Personalised products are non-refundable – unless faulty.
