The designs are screen printed by hand on both sides by talented artisans in Jaipur. East End Press started in Glasgow, by print designer Ellie Hodesdon. As demand grew, Ellie’s small Scottish setup could no longer keep up. In 2018, she travelled to Jaipur, the home of printmaking – to find skilled partners. There, she met a family who now craft all East End Press products. Every maker we work with is fair-trade and independently audited by SEDEX, ensuring ethical and responsible production.
