Volunteer with Trees for Life and help us plant a forest for the future.

Volunteering opportunities with Trees for Life are on hold until 2023. We are taking this time to review how we can best bring people closer to nature and involve them in our work. With our Rewilding Centre opening in spring 2023 we will be able to offer more varied opportunities for people to get involved in rewilding. We look forward to sharing our volunteering plans with you soon.

Trees for life is an award-winning Scottish charity. Our mission is to rewild the Scottish Highlands by enabling the restoration of the globally unique Caledonian Forest which once covered much of Scotland. Integral to our success is the involvement of people.

Volunteering offers a rewarding and hugely enjoyable opportunity to restore native forests and wildlife habitats. With the help of volunteers, we have planted nearly two million trees. We need volunteers to get behind our mission and help bring back the forest.

Promote and fundraise

If you would like to support restoration of the wild forest but are not able to donate or volunteer, there are many other ways in which you can help.
